The NEN Norm Committee Geo-information 351 240 focuses on the geostandards formal aspects. Geonovum concentrates on the maintenance and the application of the geostandards. In order to integrate 'geo' more closely in electronic Government, (e-government) Geonovum pays a lot of attention to fine-tuning geostandards with the e-government. The NEN Norm Committee, Geonovum and e-government will now be discussed.
